The Great River Film Initiative, Mindframe Theaters and the Julien International Film Festival Dubuque will be hosting special events for Dubuque native, movie and television star Kate Mulgrew. On April 21 and 22, Mulgrew will be joined by Josh Shelov, director of the movie, THE BEST AND THE BRIGHTEST for sneak peak screenings of the movie. Mulgrew has a supporting character role in this film which stars Neil Patrick Harris. It is a bawdy, farce filled with subjects not for children. Mulgrew is best known for her roles as Mrs. Colombo, and Captain Katherine Janeway. The DreamCatcher staff -especially the geeky ones, can't wait to meet her.
